The contest is based on classic
video game knowledge. They could range from non-cartridge systems to the
X-Box . The questions can be easy to hard and will be from multiply
choice to answer form. All questions will be listed on a page in form menu
and will include field for your name , address , email address and phone number
so we can confirm if you are the winner.
The person with the most correct
answers wins. In case of a tie, the parties involved will be emailed with
5 tie breaking questions. The party with the most correct answers then
wins. This will continued until there is one winner! That simple !

02-15-2003 and run to 03-31-2003

The prize is a Sears-Atari Tele-Games 2600 game system with 10 boxed games to be
awarded by OrphanVideoGames.com . The approximate value of this prize is
$125.00. OrphanVideoGames.com may substitute a prize of equal or
greater value at their discretion. Prizes are not transferable. Any taxes, duty
or extra fees are the responsibility of the winner. All prizes are awarded “AS
IS” and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, except as provided

HOW TO ENTER
Entries are submitted directly through the OrphanVideoGames.com website .
The contest runs from 12:00AM EST February 15, 2003 to 12:00AM EST March
31, 2003. A confirmation process is required in the contest entry form
webpage on this site. Only confirmed contestants filling all the required data
fields are eligible to win. It is completely free to enter this contest
and no purchase is required.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is only eligible to contestants who are residents of the
United States or Canada, excluding Quebec and where prohibited by law, who are
18 years of age or older and not employees of OrphanVideoGames.com ,
OrphanVideoGames.com sponsors or OrphanVideoGames.com affiliates and their
families. Only one contest entry is allowed per person and is limited to one
entry per household.
WINNER SELECTION
A contest winner is declared but the contestant with the most correct answers.
In case of a tie, the parties
involved will be emailed with 5 tie breaking questions. The party with the

There will be no tie. Winner will be notified by email within 31 days of
contests end. . Only the original recipient of that email is eligible to win.
Winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and
a liability via email , which must be returned to OrphanVideoGames.com 's
designated address within 31 days of the initial contact. Failure to do so will
result in forfeiture of the prize. OrphanVideoGames.com is not responsible for
late, misdirected or damaged communication of any kind including computer
failure. All decisions are final. The odds of a winning number being drawn are 1
in 8.1 Million. A list of winners shall be available by sending a written
