- We have the right to test systems and games than the
customer says are in working order. If we feel that the system is not in
working order, OVG will test the unit(s) and game(s).
- If the unit(s) and game(s) are not in working order,
OVG will pay the customer the price of non-working units and games.
- All selling is final !!
- All items OVG purchases from a customer is paid in
cash (U.S. $)
- If you are under the age of 18, OVG will need parental
permission for the minor before selling items to OVG.
- Video Game Systems that are stolen or have been
reported stolen will be reported and/or surrendered to local law
enforcement and OVG will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
- Our buying prices in the catalog are subject to change
do to availability and other matters.
- Systems that aren't complete are of less value than
complete systems.
